TorreyPines Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: TPTX) announced that it has initiated a Phase I multiple dose clinical trial to evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of tezampanel given as a subcutaneous injection to healthy male and female volunteers once-daily for four consecutive days.
